Jorgensen acts as a system integrator for battery production lines. With knowledge of simulation the line will be designed and prediscussed with the customer. One of Jorgensen’s core competencies is to connect production, accumulation and conveying systems to achieve the required flexibility, quality and output. During the design a digital twin can be built and through emulation the controls of the line are pretested to shorten installation and commissioning time and costs. The Jorgensen Line Care concept with many digital applications like Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality allows the company to assist the customer 24/7 through an online connection.
